Mazinger Series - Mikene Empire Eunigaros and Dagora
SuperHuman Warrior Beast Eunigaros and Aquatic Warrior Beast Dagora, introduced on Episode 21 of the Great Mazinger series. They were among the many plots by the Mikene Empire to divert the attention of/or overpower Great with multiple Warrior Beasts (with the first been Barubari and Obelius).
Eunigaros was the primary monster of the episode - sport Super strength, the ability to launch his tentacles as well breath fire from the his real face. Eunigaros could retract the Tentacle head and change it for a large Horn, which he would use to ram through a target ( much like Mammothdon). He had twisted personality as he would enjoy tormenting rather than destroying Venus A and Boss Borot - a fact that would be key to its destruction.
Dagora was the secondary Monster of the episode and was a themed after the Manta Ray. Dagora could both Fly and Burrow under the ground, as well fire powerful rays from his Antenna that could set off Volcanoes. He also sport missile launchers on the bottom (In reality the Monster's backside - Dagora flies inverted, belly up, since his real face is located on the top of the body, he turn around so the real face could have aerial visibility). Much like Eunigaros, he also had a twisted personality as at one point he laughed when he hit Great with his missile.
Both only contained ONE face rather than two, as seen with many of the other Warrior Beasts of the Seven Armies - the head of the monster, with the extra real face that operated it - a rarity, but not uncommon.
Simultaneously launched under the Command of General Julicaesar in a two pron strategy, Dagora was launched to distract Great while Eunigaros attacked the city, leaving Venus A and Borot to deal with him. Both monsters enjoyed tormenting their opponents. After outmaneuvering many of Dagora's attacks, Great threw his sword, causing it to fall, and was fully finished with Great's Thunder Break. Great then flew back to the city to save Venus and Borot, but was over powered by Eunigaros' flying tentacles. Thankfully, Great was saved by Boss Borot, who stab a sword on the Warrior Beast real face, killing it. Great disposed of the rest of the body with his Breast Burn.
Eunigaros is one of a few Monsters that was not killed by the title hero Mecha, but by Boss Borot.
