Of course. these days most of the programs like Clip studio, and Easy Paint Tool SAI, have line stabilizer that take the wobble out of one's lines. This does mean you have to occasionally stroke a few times, but that is what CTRL+Z is for. Inking digitally is faster, for me. Roz disagrees, but I find it so. Also setting up vanishing points for backgrounds is a snap, as well as line tools and definable "rulers". It has a bit of learning curves at the beginning, but you get used to it.
