Adventurer’s Travels: The People’s Game

I was drunk. Not by ale or mead or anything so trivial and fleeting. No, this was the intoxication of the senses! I reveled in every moment of being around my fellow man. I delighted in the taunting of their fools in the Town Square who await his comeuppance in the form of airborne tomatoes, for it was all in good fun! I was made jovial by the calling of the shopkeepers who sought so valiantly to obtain my patronage! But perhaps most of all, my blood was made to rush from the thunderous booming of the crowds who sat around the arena of the most famous sport this humble Kingdom had to offer. It was the cry for the Joust, and it was a cry that I found too gripping to ignore!
