Almost! I start with watercolor base (for shadows), then I use a bunch of colored pencils, and then I use watercolors again. My process is quite messy, but I can't really stick to just one technique XD

XD That's pretty awesome though, I hadn't seen something done with both of those! I usually thought water color tended to leave the paper a bit sore, like if you drew over it, it'd scratch the paper or something. Then again, I haven't used watercolor in ages, lol
