What program do you use? I wanna try animation too lol

Well, this was an old one. I made the Isabelle drawing with a transparent background on top of the green pattern background I made. They were both made in Sai, but I hear you can also use Firealpaca (sp?).
I then stretched the image around in Sony Vegas 13. That's what's called "tweening" I think. It's not exactly animation, but it does move around!~

I also used Sai to animate things like this with the same video program.

Oooh wow. Yeah I use paint tool SAI but was wondering if there was an actual animation program I could use... I used one in school but I cant remember the name haha

Well, if you ever want to animate and don't mind it not going along with music, you can always import all the images you've made 'as layers' into GIMP. You can then export as gif (you'll have to change the png into gif), then click animation/loop. It's a good start!~
