The super hero coloring book I was working on has fizzled. I wasn't feeling it and wasn't getting much energy back from the viewers. I got some really cool pictures out of it but, it's officially done as a coloring book.

HOWEVER! There's a new coloring book project that I'm pretty jazzed about and is definitely going to happen.

Tentatively titled "Cat One and The Dirt Dog" it's the story of a mountain biking dog (actually K.T. from The Glitter Dragons) and a road biking cat. They both think each other's sport is silly but, become friends and discover that riding different bikes can be fun.

It sounds simple but, it IS a coloring book.

Anyway, here's the first test piece. It's not the final but, just a proof of concept.. Drawing bikes is hard. Drawing riders on bikes is hard. Drawing anthropomorphic bean-bodied riders on bikes is VERY hard.
