He looks soooo much better with his hair down like that. You have beautiful characters but the high-puff tops that defy physics kind of make what could otherwise be a great piece into an almost comical one. This though? this looks great.

see what I mean? In all these he has this pompadour sort of up-sweep on the top of his head that kind of looks a bit over the top and it impacts his design rather badly. You are a very skilled artist and this is an interesting character but that trait always sort of detracted from him for me. When you draw him without it, giving him a more tame, less up-swept hair style, it really does a lot to complete him and make him a better, more successful design. That is just my opinion though and I'm offering it to help. If you dissagree then follow what you think is best, but I just wanted to offer my thoughts. As artists, we really don't ever have a lot of people who will talk to us about design, so I try to be a person that does that.
