With the Persuader's parting words still ringing in his ears, El Toro couldn't help but wonder if maybe, just maybe, the villain was right! After all, Haze Hare had certainly had some heft to him, and bulking up a bit more for their next encounter wouldn't hurt. He'd just focus more on mass, and less on making his figure look like it was cut from stone. So, an extra helping of breakfast here, some extra protein bars there, and sure enough, the bull was soon feeling thicker and stronger, just in time to once again encounter the Persuader and his lackey at the city docks!

Bursting with confidence (and bursting through a warehouse window) El Toro was ready to challenge them once again! ...Until he discovered that he hadn't been the only one bulking up! Haze had gone from merely thick and sturdy to wide and heavy; there was still obviously a lot of power behind that bulk, which meant that Jose had less of an advantage than he'd thought. At this rate, all El Toro could hope for was another standstill!
