My loving wife and friends commissioned this for me for my graduation. I love the way it turned out. To answer some of the above - Both Phi Beta Kappa and Phi Kappa Phi. The Halo has a special significance, yes, it's at a rakish angle because usually it's being balanced on two horns. The expression is, well - me.:)
