I should just go around barefoot from now on, I think.
My clothing budget has been a nightmare ever since the incident. One minute, you're enjoying a bit of coffee, relaxing after a long day on your feet, counting down the minutes before closing time. The next, your feet are so huge they stretch and tear your last pair of pantyhose. This is seriously the 5th pair I've gone through this month. Wearing nothing on my feet would probably solve this.
Then again, the amount of lotion and foot massages I would need to compensate for the sore feet I'd get would be astronomical. Bah. Some days you just can't win.
