In this pic we can see Nome, who is currently undergoing a reality corruption, slowly becoming a perma rarity, overtaking his mind as he twists and changes, his fists balling up into soft white hooves, a mane and tail shooting from his back.
After some time passed, the new Rarity felt herself getting coated by plastifying resin and paint, before she was swiftly transformed into a dress form for her shop! After all the MLP can't stand two raritys existing at one time...

You know I have a second life pony trapped as a latex blue dress form. But can 'speak' mentally to others, and claims it has super awesome powers! But is merely fooling itself that its not a simple dress form. A strange way to coup by assuming it is super powerful and where you put it is only where 'it wanted to be put'.
The only confusion I get here is from the background making it look like both these events are happening at the same time. Like the character is becoming the new Rarity and it's the original becoming the fixture. I had to reach the description to know that wasn't the case. Not saying it's bad either way, just that that was one part that confused me.
