Maggie is a psychic, right. She mainly manifests her powers in thing sush as Energy (fire, electricity, kinetics), Mind altercations (reading minds, controlled hallucinations, altered perceptions, emotion manipulation), Sensing things (Seeing into the past, reading emotions) and slight bending of Physics (muting sound, light bending) with some minor unlisted exceptions, buuut she's figured out more ways to use her mental powers.
Altering her own form, such as gaining a temporary boost of strength or speed for certain feats was practically instinctual, something she was hardly aware of herself doing - much like the kinetic aspects to her powers such as pushing objects away or holding things in place, something she assumed was thanks to her Ki training. But focusing her training and experimenting, she's figured that her powers can alter herself and the world around her in far more "extravagant" ways than she previously thought possible.
