Originally planned to be a belly dancer artwork, my inspiration for this was the many fan artworks of "I dream of Jeannie" that were been made around summer: at first I wanted it to parody it, but decided to take a fantasy approach to it instead, with my OCs Kat and Felicio been the feature - and if we all were Felicio, we all know what that first wish would be:)
