Cindy is always devious when it comes to bets, especially when this is the possible outcome. Cindy thinks she has the advantage right now. After all, Olga has made no attempt to struggle (maybe she secretly likes it?) but if Cindy even lays a finger on her feet, Olga will be out of this instantly and wrangling her up real good.
