The cloud patterns are a nice idea. Mix well with his blue skin/scales. The one on his palm though... it makes him look like he just explored another aspect of being male ;)
Clothing looks good, crotch looks fine. Jacket is a bit bright but some guys wear 'em that way. Good work. now give him a back ground.
