Katie Q. Tale

Grew up in the 50's found out she had mutant powers at a really young age, started seeing ghosts, hearing things that sort of thing. But it didn't really bother her. At 16 she walked through a wall. Katie IS STILL ALIVE, she has never died. She has a human form, and goes to high school like everyone else, the only diffrence is the way she talks and she's really good at history.

She's about 17? Belongs to the brotherhood atm, steals things and plays tricks on people. she can have legs, those things on her hips, or a tail looking thing. Lol
