Communication: 5/5 - Very often posting journals, she always notified people what she was doing and why the commissions were taking time to get done. Plus she ran a Trello page that she always updated properly.
Delay: 0/5 - Her working method has no self organization at all, not even mentionning her life obligations and issues, this resulted a delay of an entire year.
Service: 3/5 - The service overall was okay, but I don't find it normal that some people who commisses after some clients gets to receive their drawing before them.
Conclusion: Her working method is not good (drawing several pictures at the same time) and she took way too much commissions which resulted a ridiculously huge queue that she couldn't handle. She's got a dramatically high lack of professionalism, it could've been good but the delay killed it all. This is sad to say but there's no way for me to commiss her ever again.
