"They found another poor bastard killed in the gutter. That street ratata had no chance. Got stabbed this morning seven times with a knife or some pokemon attack similar to a blade. He died probably for two pokedollars and his dirty blanket. It’s only 9:30am and I hadn’t even a coffee yet! Give me a break Goldenrod! Ever since I graduated from police academy last year and got shifted to this place, I wish I hadn’t been so eager to save this rotten town. Of course I knew about the crime wave that holds this city hostage and I read all the stories in the newspaper about lunatic criminals fought by not less crazy self-professed superheroes. I studied all the files at the police department right in my first week about them: Blitz Vordric, Cybervolt and of course Rolling Thunder to name a few. Is there something in the water that makes all the jolteons turn into vigilantes?
Why of all the places in Johto did I chose Goldenrod City. I wanted to change something here, but it appears this place struggles against becoming cleansed from all that crime and corruption littering the streets. I have a feeling it became even worse over the last year."
Percy the male furret-pikachu-hybrid
That’s a rare sight: A half-anthro pokemon character and a picture of a daylight scene (and yes, that's as bright and sunny Goldenrod City gets) drawn by me. Mimi-eevee’s furret-pikachu-hybrid police detective sure was exceptional fun to draw. I turned his green scarf into a green man's shirt to match the scene. This image is my contribution to an art trade with her. I recommend taking a look at her FurAffinity gallery, if you don’t know her yet or click here to see her part of our art trade.
I love Percy’s jacket and how it turned out as well as his fur. He looks manly. The background is based upon a photograph of the Chicago Elevated I made in Chicago.
Done with pigment ink on 250g/m² illustration paper and GIMP 2.8.
