I thought he made those sounds himself. But I bet this way its even more annoying. Oh, and the last panel made me laugh out loud. Priceless.

Yeah, it's like one of those toys (in this case, a large plastic futuristic rifle of sorts) that plays a long assault of annoying sounds when (the trigger) is pulled, in which Tay tied a string to.
