TWI: Unsteady Walker V3 (Commission) (2011)
posted 9 years ago Mostly Digital Anthro Artist
The Weekly Inks #21:
Unsteady Walker Ver 3 (Commission) (2011)
There is a color version of this pic--see it here
See the Penciled Version here
Complete re-draw (July 2011) of earlier drafts (March/April 2011) of Unsteady Walker a commission piece for koopacooper.
The earlier composition was scrapped for lack of room for a dramatic reaction pose. This one combines the moment of plank failure with Leana's reaction to the sudden loss
of balance (and an imminent failure of the plank her other foot is still on, if she doesn't slide off it first) as the rope bridge spasms from the sudden weight shift,
no doubt sending her into the muddy bog below. I then added a half submerged Ford Pinto to illustrate the depth of her landing spot.
Visit this journal for the concept for this series
Commission artwork, pencil on bristol inked with India ink & brush, reduced to 30% size for the TWIP program
"Leana" is the creation and property of
