Haha Riley just wears because she's incon. Garbage genetics screwin her up a little in that department
Basically she's a runt. So super duper small. She got lucky enough with limb proportion but just small. Also is incon due to her bad genetics (stuff didn't form too right on the inside).
The poor gal really tries to rock her situation. She has stuff that makes adulting easier at her size (I gotta draw her in her altered car sometime). The girl just wants to live life.
But yeh, I like her. She's super cute <3
