This is one of the first Terrae stories I ever wrote. It's notable for not having Brian or Susanne and other than a handful of changes it can still stand on its own in the current version of the setting.

As a part of expanding the story some, Pol is the young man who Susanne lost her virginity to and Susan's father and Asmi's tribe included William, Susanne's first real love.
