New owner will receive a single file of their character once payment has been cleared.
New owner receives all personal rights to the character and may change minor things in the design, but not the original image.
You MAY use this character for commercial purposes, however you MAY NOT, under any circumstances, sell this design as your own.
New owner can re-upload this image to their own account as long as my credits on the image remain intact, and I'm credited for the design at least once (which must include either a link back to my profile or the original submission).
Reselling is fine as long as it's not sold for more than it was bought for. A negotiable increase is allowed if art is being sold with the design.
If resold, the newest owner must abide by the same TOS stated here.
I reserve the right to draw any of the characters I've designed at any given point in time. The new owner will receive a copy, of course~
