I recently got a new program that merges with Photoshop. I know nothing of how to use it, so I did a bunch of stuff to make a cool neon wallpaper. I ended up doing it the first time, being really satisfied with how it looked, before i found out how you can easily screw up a fun project. So, I spent a while longer doing something else, and boom, this happened. Galactic neon and rather flashy colors that I found were cool.
