There is a certain artistic flare to the way the doobie smoke is seeping out of both sides of his mouth, arcing up like that in wispy spirals of high-inducing goodness. Almost... 'stache-like

It might even be called a "Marijuana Mustache" of sorts, although that doesn't exactly roll off the tongue the same way "Milk Mustache" does. So I don't think I just came up with a brilliant new form of colloquial slang, here.
