*Payment must be upfront, and preferably via PayPal. There are few exceptions to this rule which heavily rely on trust and reputation between myself and the commissioner- however payment plans are welcome though a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of at least 40% must be paid upfront. [plans only apply to purchases over $35]


*Refunds may only be requested and fulfilled either before or during the sketch stage. If requested after the sketch stage is complete the commissioner (based on client's and my own experience during the commission) may receive partial refunding, or none at all. [refunds only apply to purchases above sketch tiers]


*WIPs can and will be presented should they be requested- if no progress has been made since the last showing, work will be continued the following day.


*I hold the rights to deny a commission based on personal, professional, and moral grounds. Should the commissioner push further for said commission despite being rejected, they may be faced with a ban, block, or beware depending on the subject, severity, and time. [NOTE: pressuring must reach the 3 strikes count before any of said consequences can be put into play, 3 rejections on a single quote = punishment]


*Commissions (and personal art) may be shared, reposted, etc by the commissioner and myself. A third party resubber must seek permission from either myself or the commissioner before posting and in turn must also link credits to both the commissioner and myself. [Clients will be asked if they have objections to their art being reposted across my pages, nothing shall be uploaded without their consent first]
