Minus Boy finds another impossible even more improbable than himself. General victor March is the last and only son of his family passed down the generations of mutations from atomic warfare. During the first bombings thirty years at the start of the atomic age he was born anew in the ashes at ground zero of the nuclear blast renewed something more than a human being. Unlike Minus Boy the General Aka Silent Wave is a complete human shell unaffected by time and therefor never ages. He poses an immense threat to Minus Boy with his techniques more than close enough if not more powerful than Atom Boy's Destructive pulse waves. " I hate people like me. I hope we can die together one day." so said the general as he left Minus Boy to the deathly silent battlefield " I'm giving you a head start. I've never met anyone else like you and now I want you so bad, please, oblige me just this once."
