In case anyone missed them, Caitians have appeared in live-action Star Trek a few times. The first was an admiral in "Voyage Home". The next one attacked Kirk in "Final Frontier".

Yeah, thaere was a Caitian Admiral in the crowd in "Voyage Home", but the exotic dancer that attaced Kirk in "Final Frontier" was not a Caitian, she had three breasts, her body wasn´t completely furcoverd and her feet wheren´t digitgrade, so I suppose she was a different species. Besides, "Frontier" was such a stupid trainwreck of a movie (total egomastrurbation of Shatner, he originally planned Kirk vs. God for that movie, not Kirk vs. a beeing that claims to be god, no, KIRK vs. friggin GOD!!!!) that I don´t really want to accept it as canon...

There where also Caitians in the crowd at the Camp Kitomer peace conference at the end of "Undiscoverd Country."

In a recent Star Trek comic the Caitians were shown as plantigraded, though this design might date bact to the Voyage Home movie.

Yeah, I completely forgot about the character of M'riss until I saw this picture. But I remember now. I think that she had the most sultry voice I've ever heard. Thanks - it's a nice picture, and it's a great way to be reminded!

Also, I'm kinda confused how her name would be pronounced: would it be one syllable (kinda like the Polish word "mgła" (/mgwa/)), i.e. /mris/; or does the apostrophe mean that it's two syllables, /ma-ris/?

Well, I read some where that the M is something like her family name, so I guess its spelled seperate, like Em-Ress.

I am strange mister... I apologize for thats. It's just that it's hard for me to type downs what I feel without Cat impusles telling me to BE STRANGE. ^-^

What I can say though, is that i am very much a BIG (Literally) FAN of your Wishing Big comic, and others that you had placed on over time that you were on mister. Keep it ups, and I hope that you still plan on doing more great comics like such. ^.^

I reckon it'd be really easily done very well with modern prosthetics. Maybe they could get the guy that did the Cat facial prosthetics for Dr Who, that would look just about perfect.

Any attempts to Duplicate M'Ress would automatically be CG (probably over JJ's protests). since M'ress and the Catian's are techinicallv TAS, they're not considered "cannon" yet.

Well Majel Barret still considered them canon so hopefully JJ will make it absolute
