So tonight for dinner we are having:
1 lb baby potatoes
1/2 lb Fresh green beans (none of that canned stuff)
Salt
Itaian Dressing
Swai fish fillets
Cook the baby potatoes in some water with a dash of salt on medium high until tender, throw in the green beans, careful of the stems!, so that they are half cooked
Then get your fish fillets, we prefer Swai or Tilapia or Salmon ourselves, and place them on a baking pan with edges
Drain your potatoes and beans and place them around the fish fillets
Smash the potatoes so they can absorb the dressings flavor better
Dust with some salt for flavor, pepper if ya like as well
Add more veggies!!! Onion, Grape Tomatoes, Carrots, etc.
Then drizzle Italian Dressing and drizzle it over veggies, and coat the fish
Throw in the oven at 350 Degree Fahrenheit and cook until the Fish is done!
Serve over rice!
