Some of the bolder dissidents tell stories of a failed raid which left a GE-DAM inactive for years and years, only to come back, dispensing its own wicked and sadistic justice. As Gaian Empire programming is infallible and all GE-DAM units have flawlessly self-destructed when overwhelmed, any perpetuation of these stories or mention of "Kiska" is to be considered treason.
