So, I'm not dead. And I have like... 60 images I need to upload, but it's daunting to get all caught up. I'll probably do it sometime this weekend when I get a free afternoon on Saturday. So you guys will be able to see that.
But before that - I've been learning to animate. Yup. That's right. animate. Here is my third attempt at it, from super roughs, to current. I plan to at least get this cleaned up and lined.

Roughs - 1 hour 15 minutes
Smoothing - 45 minutes
Clothes+hair - 2 hours
Total - 4 hours [so far]
