I am looking for ANYONE in the Vancouver area who can rent out a simple room for me to stay in while I get myself sorted out on arrival. I will be arriving next month!

-I can pay rent as soon as I arrive
-I'm quiet
-I don't drink or smoke cigarettes.
-I'm very clean and tidy and am happy to help around the house
-I'm also super open minded, so don't worry if you're on the eccentric side, I can guarantee I've been around weirder :P
-I'm house trained!
-I'm super friendly and although quiet, I love to chat and socialise! However I am super respectful of people's private space.
