I am liking the fact that it's much darker then the previous season and showing that both Jack and Aku aren't quite right in the head

yeah, this new series is dark as fuck. jack as sever PTSD with visions of parents telling him he as given up, his subconscious self telling him he should kill himself and aku is just a grumpy old man that bored and tired with everything.

yeah, but genndy himself did say the series would be concluded with a happy ending, so i don't think jack is gonna die just yet.
