Helios log: "The gran columbia operation is going well. President Artro Carmona has petitioned their Parliament to join the Allied Nations as a full member state. He's a man of ambition and I respect that and obviously hopes to take advantage of the trade deals and technology that come with being a member. Not the perfect political leader. But then who is? No deathsquads, no purges, no overriding ideological goal, only a minor amount of corruption. I think I can work with this.
