New tablet, new (old) computer!
Upgraded my Cintiq Companion Hybrid 13hd to a Cintiq 22hd Touch.
Chaosie bought herself a new computer, so I got her hand-me-down with a new case and graphics card. My previous CPU was only 4 core, this one is 8.

I have two computers. One is for work, and has three screens. Cintiq for arting on, 27" with better color fidelity to put references and an additional view of the work in progress, and one for watching tv shows.
Second computer is for my web browsers, telegram, email, finance related software, stream chat, etc.

It depends entirely on your personal needs. Both are great. The 22hd has the same screen resolution as the 13hd, but the screen itself is larger, so I find it easier to see smaller details without zooming in as far, and in instances where I can't zoom, like reading menus and stuff. Also if you draw from the elbow/shoulder, a bigger surface area is better. However, it is really big, and your workstation will have to also be large enough to accommodate it. It's in no way portable. It weighs about 20lbs.
My main gripe with the 13hd (and the companion line in general) was the lack of buttons and touch strips that I was used to coming from an older Intuos. I had to use the wacom software touch strip panel, which would have been fine, but the drivers always acted up and made the touch go funny. The 22hd has more buttons and two physical touch strips.
So unless you need a larger drawing surface and physical touch strips and buttons, then you don't need the 22hd.
