Cetis are the people of Lunaria, there are many races of ceti, the major differences between them is the skin/glow and features that help them adjust to their living area. This is a female land Ceti, she's observing the hometrees after working. Eventhough they are highly intelligent, they have decided to live quite primitively - it's inspected to be part of their religion or other similar belief.
