Trevor felt a chill go up his spin as he pulled out his jewel from the box. It felt jegged and somehow utterly frigid in his hand, but he forced himself to keep ahold of it.

When he got a look at the item he'd procured, he saw that what he'd originally assumed to be a jagged disc of some kind was in fact a flat, icy, giant snowflake jewel. Rather than abating, the chills all over his body doubled and redoubled, sending him into spasms of shivering as he dropped down to his knees.

Finally, he heard a voice in his mind. "Do you feel the cold? Has it filled you to your core yet? What a fine persona you have. And what a fine Persona you will make."

Trevor could barely register this. He felt like he was going to explode with his shivering spasms. The cold was utterly overwhelming him. As if his body was absorbing the very concept of cold. And just as the idea had come into his mind, he felt that his shivers were no longer of pain, but of enjoyment. This cold... really was his essence. He felt it all over and it felt GOOD.

Trevor dropped down onto the ground with a tiny thump. Looking at his new form, his eyes slowly traced back to the snowflake jewel. This was the start of something new.

So yeah! Jack Frost from the Shin Megami Tensei franchise. Probably a bit of an unusual choice, but... Well, yeah. That's kind of the point of these. =)
