I've been drawing no OCs other than Evangelina because I luv her.
Evangelina has a curse which causes all of her nightmares to effect her body. This curse was put on her with the intention of ensuring a swift and painful demise back in her infancy. But instead, she survived and has to live with the curse every day. As a result, when she has nightmares, she often wakes up caked in blood. Every nightgown she owns gets stained with blood and sometimes is torn apart eventually. Since I hadn't done my research when I first drew her in a nightgown, I decided to make a new chibi Eva in her nightgown, this time one which is accurate to the time period.
I took a picture before drawing on all the blood for comparison. The only reason she'd ever have a clean nightgown is if a pleasant dream caused her clothes to be clean or if it was brand new, of course, but I simply wanted to see how it would look.
