There's something interesting, perhaps fascinating, ..

horrifying ..

about the evolution of a Dragon and the creation of Casey Jone's most fearsome foe.


All around and always in the ranks of the Purple Dragons there is but undisputed undisputed KING.

Initially conceived as The Shredder's right hand man..and strong arm. Also a bridge between the lower cast of thugs in the Dragons' gangs and deadly ninjas in upper echelons of the The Foot. His devotion to Saki was unparalleled for many years. But after multiple defeats at the ever rising threat of the Turtles .. he began to become ' less and less-than' in his Master's eyes.

After Shredder's own ultimate defeat .. disillusionment and anger would take him back home to the Dragons and with Hun as the muscle ( & brains ) at the helm, the Purple Dragons would rise as a powerful criminal, heavy weapons and gun-running syndicate.

The Dragon's became a smart, calculated, heavy hitting organization Very independent from the Foot.

Money, power , evil, women .. .. POWERHOUSE.

Mason's biggest problem isn't in his tsunami fighting skills and hurricane like mastery of the martial art.s

It usually had to do with the issue of when he'd take a thud.

His signature phrase of frustration or startlization was always ::

" CRUD !! "

But what's in a word.. ??

Maybe you aught sit down and read do a little reading of Tales of the TMNT.

The even darker side of this hulking persona lies in his connection to one the Turtles' closest allies and surrogate brother; Casey.

Within the shroud Case has kept over his past, Mason plays a pivotal, pile-driving role. Mason takes that shroud and tears it to shreds.

Mason plays a part not only in the creation Casey's persona .. but he nearly killed Case as a young boy. A boy brave enough.. maybe foolish enough to stand up against the ' Brick House'.

Mason destroyed deep and key elements of Casey's family, his life, his father.

This damage inflicted by the younger Hunter not only damaged the Jones name but literally damaged Jones's mind.

The devilish details have yet to be fully fleshed out but Mason's out of prison now. Under mysterious circumstances at that.

And with remnants of the power vacuum left by death of the Shredder, like all vacuums, now matter how old

.. things still suck !!

But now is a better time than ever to put the Dragons back on top.


Hun gets what he wants. He Kills without mercy and literally crushes anyone who gets in his way as if they were a sardine can.

The monster that nearly decimated Casey's life and family back in the day.. could very well be the key element to his the dismantling of his new family in the present. Thus creating much darker days.

This presents a mountain of a direct threat on the precious circle that makes up the unique bond between April, Shadow, Splinter and the Turtles.

This ain' no $*@♠-ing cartoon.
Casey's past has come back to reign !!

Already cutting it very close, and April already having been caught in the cross hairs.. Hun and his Dragon's first encounter with the Turtles was as if they were flies trying to take King Kong. Hun can swat any opponent like the insects they are.

The ones that killed the Shredder barely managed to rescue Jones and April and escape with their lives.


But Raph's sai into Mason's Thigh gave them a temporary leg up.

The freeks that run with the hokey mask wearing hero have won for now.

However Mason left yet another physically damaging scar on Casey once again.

Now there's more than one reptile in the grass. And the grass is rustling even more so now that Dragon's are coming back.

Rumor has it that the big guy likes to play with ::

' SNAKES '.

Hun is like a 'Godzilla ' .. these thunder lizards always manage to return more deadly and forceful than ever.

And the destruction left in their wake effects countless lives.

HUN IS THAT BIG OF A THREAT.. for dangerous connections are vast and any friend of Casey's is a bitter rival to Mason.

The Turtle team shall be hearing from the Dragon's King and his cohorts very soon.

While the Shredder remains #1 as the Turtles' most legendary, deadly , and immortal foe..

Mason is arguable running candidate for second place.

Maybe someday he'll smash his way to the number one spot.

It's best advised that you DON'T get in this Dragon's way.
