This is what Char would wear if he had to go out in public. Usually, he would disguise as a human in his universe, but in other universes where a walking, talking fox is okay, this would be what he wears. Still doesn't have shoes on account of the paws thing, but paw pads do most of the protection. (The pads are the same color as his nose, that dark, dark purple there at the bottom.)
The Electrocuff is both a tool and a weapon for Char. He uses it to collect DNA samples and also for protection. It can administer a high electric shock both through the metal prongs on the claws and from the wire that connects the head of the device to the body.
