Hmm... one critique, The legs themselves are squashing and stretching as they walk, so the actual torso isn't moving up and down at all. I've made the same mistake too many times to count, and it just results in a character with no weight to it.

If you ever need an EXCELLENT resource for all avenues of animation try checking out "The Animators' Survival Kit" book, it was written by the guy that was the lead animator for Who Framed Roger Rabbit, and its like a BIBLE for animation in general :D
