More great Crimestrikers character designs from  Jerberjer! Kali and Willis, who work for Outrage, are my Outlaw Couple (at least for now). Think of them as the Metallikats from SWAT Kats before they became robots.

Kali (rough collie--it's not her real name, but I couldn't resist the pun) has a Freudian Excuse for her behavior: her criminal mother kidnapped her during a nasty divorce, separating her from her beloved twin sister in the process. Kali's mom taught her to be a gangster between beatings--which became so severe that Kali pushed her down a flight of stairs, accidentally killing her. Now, Kali does much of Outrage's dirty work while battling what she refuses to admit is clinical depression. Not helping matters is her contentious relationship with...

...Willis (black and tan Virginia foxhound), who has a Dark and Troubled Past of his own. A lifelong sufferer from anger management issues, his father channeled his aggression by turning him into a boxer. However, Willis discovered that he preferred fighting outside the ring, where there were no rules, so he became a mob enforcer. Then he met Kali--and despite their mutual attraction, the two of them haven't been good for each other. Willis is also a bigoted conspiracy theorist who believes that the Hydrerans (Creaturia's fish people) secretly rule the world.
