Reaver comes from the future. How's that possible, you ask? Time travel, duh? He works for a secret agency that tries to better the world(s) by going back in time. That’s right, more than one world! Many different universes! That’s for smart people to understand and comprehend though!

The trouble with keeping secrets is that someone is always looking out for them. Once the agency was exposed, shit went downhill rather quickly. One would think they'd send someone back in time to when the trouble started, but when governments get involved, stuff tends to shut down before the sun rises. It didn’t take long for the hundreds working for the agency to be rounded up. The time machines were used one last time before being destroyed. Good people were sent to bad times. Brilliant minds were sent to other universes. The agents that tried to do good were scattered across time and space.

Born a prince of a small country, the boy dreamed of helping those around him. He was quick to learn that the problems in his own country were just a few on the grander stage that was the world. He grew up with a level head and a strong sense of justice, his family’s money and power never playing a role in his judgement. He traveled the world to learn everything he could before becoming a cop in the world’s largest country. He was recruited to the time agency early on. He wanted to do good to not just his world, but many.

When the agency fell, he was one of the first agents to be sent away. Captured in his own pokeball, the raichu was sent away, never to see his own world again. Still, he didn’t lose his sense of justice and once he’d gotten acquainted with the new world he was sent to, he became a cop once more. He now works as a detective.

Nobody knows about where he actually comes from and he doesn’t talk about it. People know that he’s a prince as his previous world sent him to a universe in which his old self and family existed, yet simply vanished many years ago. He used that knowledge to gain some of his old life back!

Usually wears an open faced jacket, jeans and a pair of boots. Often carries his pokeball around with him as he can use it as a means of quick escaping those around him. Has powerful electric attacks.
