Otto working at a café sometimes look around for new recipes to bring into his working place. When he learned that Sapphire is a baker, he immedietly set off to learn from her, and he did end up learning several new recipes he's never heard of. Unfortunatly only one of them were approved by his boss to add to the menu, so he kept the rest of them for personal use at home instead.

You can't include everything your employees or you yourself want to add to the menu, otherwise you'll end up with a menu of 300+ different meals, and you'll have to spend money buying materials for those meals and it's not guaranteed that everything will sell and that all resources will be used up every week. The things were delicious, but he could only accept one, otherwise everything else would stop being sold.
