Blaze isnt just a fox, he's a fox with a large stomach!

It can hold 15 gallons when fully streched and doesnt even begin stretching until it has 4 gallons in it!

This is due to his particular race evolving in a cold climate where meals are large but rare. As a small animal surrounded by large prey, in order to survive they had to be able to consume enough in a single sitting to last them to their next meal which could be months away.
