This is a commission for 
fallen-star-art of their RP character Julian! I totally made it match Dante's because I am a super softie and love the RP Emile and I have <3 If you missed it here is my character Dante and they are in the same universe. Mhm.
So yeah this is Julian, he is a hybrid, originally a Warlock he was basically forced into becoming part Ghoul Dragon (species made by fallen-star-art). So he was originally not a hybrid, but is now--and hiding it. For a good reason, too. Hybrids are basically illegal in this world and Julian needs his pills (pictured) to stay in his full Warlock form. If not on his pills he looks like the latter.
Since he is a Warlock he has magic (majik, majicks, magicka, whatever) and it is an icy blue/turquoise color just as his eyes and scales and horns. He is pale (especially in comparison to Dante) and pretty short. Soon I may show a comparison of the size between the two for those interested (like Emile hehe). Edit: I added the size comparison here!
