Well, according to the hyper grower Fontina, infinity is an uncountable amount of units, most often length in her case. For sake of example, if Fontina were to grow so hyper that her endowments became immeasurable, she would have infinite length.

There are bigger sizes beyond this, such as the void (which represents emptiness). Even with infinite space, we can assume there is more space to fill since there's no solvable way to prove infinite covers all space. The point where one becomes so big that they take up all space, making empty space an impossibility, is when one outgrows the void.

My personal favorite size is eldritch, or more specifically entropy. The idea that they have grown so big that the power needed to grow that big exceeds all the energy that exists. Entropy tends to act as a net around a grower and tries to expand around them. If the grower can expand faster than the net (which is very hard), they break entropy open and become entropy themselves, the largest conceivable size I play with (beyond simply saying "growing bigger").
