[FACCC] Pork Shepherd's Pie And Other Delights...
Had a pork rotisserie rib roast the other day that came out really rare in the center, so I decided to slice it up, cook it for an hour or so in an inch or so of water, let cool over night, picked the bones clean and reheated the meat in a couple of cups of brown gravy from a mix.
Smashed dirty potatoes: Cube spuds, cover with water in microwave-safe bowl, nuke 20-30 minutes or until tender. Drain, mash, stir in 1 cup water, 1/4 cup butter/margarine and one cup cream gravy from mix.
Serve with string beans (or, like I did with leftovers, some frozen broccoli).
Devour! :)

Oh, sure. I log onto a website devoted to cute animals, and what do I find?
A photograph of a dead animal.
Very tastefully served with gravy, veggies and a starch.
P.S. No sheep were harmed in the making of this Shepherd's Pie.
The Shepherd go smacked on the nose with a rolled up newspaper when he tried to filch some during the photo shoot, though.
