Okay, so now that I have a keyboard again: *clears throat*
First of all, you'd notice my FA says "Writer." as opposed to artist. I don't draw. Never have been able to, never will be, and I've accepted that. My art is woven with words as opposed to the pen/pencil/tablet. That is my forte, and I aim to keep it that way. The fact that you were so purturbed by me calling you out on your own journal for being the fraud that you are had you in such a fret that you literally came onto my page, hunted down my worst experiment, and then attempted to bring me down by insulting something I don't care for myself as proven enough to me to know what kind of a person you are. Someone so hell-bent on improving their own life via the destruction of anothers character is so dispicable and low that it's difficult to believe someone like you even considers themselves professional. The air of inadequacy lingers on you like a skunky leech and you're not even attempting to remove it, but rather fostering it's growth. That is low.
In all reality, it's just the internet. You'll never see me, I'll never see you, and if you post some sort of "warning" journal about me, you'll only expose yourself as a fool and build my own popularity. Care to play a game of chess still? I can play, if you feel so inclined. Just remember: the only thing lower than extortion, is starting a fight you can't win.

I really don't care what your 'forte' is it's posted for the world to see! Yes I was because you didn't look at all the facts that were pointed out instead you whiteknighted with Realis. So sorry I'm not the fraud here she is! Hey you like calling someone a fraud without looking at all the facts then bashing me for telling the truth about Realis yeah you got what you deserve. Heh, you can certainly dish out the insults but you can't take them! That's funny. Uh I'm sorry but I never said I was a professional that was you just like the whole irrelevant 'Art God' statement. Maybe a REAL crime deserves to go punished, but it's still a short and simple fact that it's not even a real crime. It's a personal vendetta. You magically produce this proof and show it to the public. Was it made known to Realis beforehand? Was this same proof brought up in conversation to her? That being said, was the same conversation you're now making in the public eye had behind closed doors? Was every conceivable measure taken before this drastic step? How well did you, or didn't you, pursue this money you crave so dearly? It's a simple question. If it was, certainly slightly more drastic steps should have been taken. If not, then it's entirely reasonable and possible that it should have been dealt with entirely privately. I understand the claims you're making, make no mistake. I have read the conversations and viewed your proof and kept an eye on the conversation. Simple fact is it all seems like it should have been dealt with in private. Here's an idea, since Realis claims to not have received the pictures, despite your proof that she has, why don't ya just, I dunno, send it again and then she can repay you? Cause if she does already have the art, you'll have sent a second one again anyway, and it'll be meaningless to Realis, but if not, she'll still have no excuse not to pay you. Do you have the records of non-payment? You ask for carbon copies of the check, yet you don't know how the check was made entirely. It might have been sent over a PayPal service, I don't know these things, I'm shooting options. Have you asked Realis for total proof that the payment has been sent? If she can't provide, it's possible it hasn't been sent. Have you checked with your bank to see if checks are being held? Have you personally emailed Realis saying you request to speak to her bank and ask if the bank has failed to send the check? You as recipient are entitled to that information. Honestly, I don't know the full situation, I don't care. I just really never saw why such a private matter needed be brought into the open. I'm no "white knight" and I'm not some sort of internet vigilante. I never claim to be. You have no proof that she paid you, she claims she has no proof manifestable that she received the art. She has no art, you have no money. If I were you, I'd just say "I don't care, dont' ask me for art again" and cut her off, game over. You're making the same claim and asking for the same thing from each other. It's simple.
Now, you claim you don't have the art anymore which means you can not prove you even actually made it other than an email from Realis. If sent as an attachment, are you capable of redownloading the image? If so, offer to re-send it in exchange for a repayment?
Now assuming that you have already tried everything I've suggested, I can not help you. I can only point out the flaws in your own logic. The absolute hypocrisy of bringing it to the public, then telling me that it's a private matter, and then going out of your way to harass me on my own page. You're right, I don't know all the details, but to be honest, the details presented are not done so well.
Yet you act like I have never been extorted. You claim to know so much about me based on a few short interactions on a forum. You claim to know that I've never been used or stepped on. Where could you possibly get off claiming to know this about me? People aren't alone. People aren't solitary or singled out. Everything happens to everyone in different ways and varying degrees. When you realize that the people on the other end of the conversation are humans complete with emotions, I might sympathize with you. Until then, keep private matters private and don't pretend to be above other people's failures with your own.

Apparently you still completely ignore the evidence I've provided in my journal and in my scraps section proving that Realis DID in fact receive the commissions.

I repeatedly said in my last post that I did in fact NOT know the full story and instead put forth multiple alternatives to bringing it out into the open. There was probably plenty you could have done without coming out in the open. For instance, now you have manifested proof of the images existence. I wasn't saying "For a fact, Realis did not receive the image" I said "Realis claims to not have received the image" and I didn't say "You have received payment" I said "You claim to not have received payment." For the love of God, just repeat the transaction at hand! Ya know, if you received your money and Realis got promises that she would receive the image again, since she claims she doesn't have the image. I'm not refuting your screen shots, I'm saying the claim she is making. I want to make it very clear that I'm not saying she never got it, I'm just saying that it would be easily enough to just re send it if she promises to resend the money. I'm not taking a side right now, I'm simply saying there are measures that can be taken.
Maybe if you're going to make it public, you ought to take a few criminal defense or lawyer courses so you'll know to present all of the evidence at the beginning, cause as the conversation progresses, I'm seeing more things pop up that weren't revealed before. That is a highly unethical and, in legal cases, illegal practice.
I respect your plight. I respect your desire to get your money. I also respect Realis' equal claim that she sent the money but didn't receive the art. The fact remains entirely that in both your cases it wouldnt' be at all unheard of to resend the art if she promised you to resend a payment, now would it?
