I promise that new art is soon! Now that classes are done I can get to work on some things!
But for now, I wanted to upload this pic from 04 I did. I remembered Caishy saying it was one of her favorites of mine, so I figured I'd put it in this gallery.
Oh I used to be oh so mopey all the time and wear clothing that was way too baggy. But you know what hasn't changed? I still <3 the Goo Goo Dolls. (Hi Tala, Goo Goo Dolls are win!!)

Oh my god I love this one! The wrinkles in the puuurple pants, the stitches in the hoodie, the whiskers, and especially the hair! Oh man that hair is so pretty, I've always admired the way you color it. And the whiskers, ah how I love the whiskers. I also really like the way you did the cigarette.

Although the depressed teenager phase is one best left behind, the art can be a pleasure to look at. I really like this for the colouring and atmosphere, you just get the "feel" of the image, time, etc. so well. That and your colouring, the detached moody expression (which I find rather alluring in this one), details that Caishide pointed out... Glad you upload it! I like all your stuff but the emotionally driven art really snares me.
